An Indian citizen is among three who have been jailed for being involved in a ‘sham’ marriage conspiracy, that was carried out to secure a UK visa. Suchinsth Kayasth was sentenced by the Leicester Crown Court for 12 months after pleading guilty to conspiracy to defraud. He now faces deportation at the end of his sentence. Indian-origin Meena Tailor, a British national, from Leicester was also jailed for 12 months after pleading guilty to conspiracy to defraud. Errol Kincarr, a British national, was jailed for nine months after pleading guilty to perverting the course of justice.
