Complaints to Police: Launch of new Facility
T’Puram: Home Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan will launch the facility for the public to lodge complaints without visiting police stations on Monday. The service, first of its kind in the country is part of the government’s Sutharya Keralam project. The facility will be useful for the elderly, handicapped, women and children, the police said in a statement here on Saturday. 
The complainants can submit their grievance in writing at the Janasevana Kendrams which will be scanned and sent to the police stations concerned by the officials. A receipt for the complaint and phone number of the police station will be handed over to the complainant. Home Minister will launch the facility at the Janasevana Kendram at Palayam at 5. pm
